乌棒子甙丙的分离鉴定

ISOLATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF WUBANGZISIDE C FROM POLYGALA CAUDATA REHD ET WILS

摘要: 本文报道乌棒子(Polygala caudata Rehd et Wils)中另一个新的(口山)酮甙,乌棒子甙丙(wubangziside C,I)的分离鉴定,根据理化性质和光谱分析,证明其化学结构为1,3,7-三羟基(口山)酮-2,4-C-双-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖甙。它是(口山)酮类化合物中第一个从植物界分离到的双碳甙。

Abstract: By polyamide and silica gel chromatography, a new xanthone C-glycoside, wubangziside C(Ⅰ), was isolated from the n-butanolie fraction of the ethanolic extract of the bark and root bark of Polygala caudata Rehd et Wils.On the basis of chemical properties and spectroscopic (IR, UV, MS, ¹H-and ¹³C-NMR) analysis, the structure of Wubangziside C(Ⅰ), C₂₅H₂₈O₁₅, mp 232～4℃, α_D²²±79° (c, 1.01, 50%MeOH), waselucidated to be 1,3,7-trihydroxy xanthone-2,4-C-di-β-D-glucopyranoside.
