苦木总生物碱对心血管系统的作用

THE EFFECTS OF PICRASMA QUASSIODES ON CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM

  • 摘要: 苦木总生物碱1 mg/kg静脉注射对麻醉犬有明显降压作用(P<0.01),灌胃给药对正常及肾性高血压大鼠均有明显降压作用(P<0.05)。本品尚能减慢心率,改善心肌营养性血流量,并有抑制交感神经放电的作用。此外,急性及亚急性毒性试验证明,本品毒性低,对肝、肾功能无明显影响。

     

    Abstract: Total alkaloid of Picrasma Quassioides (APO) given intravenously (1mg/kg) to anesthetized dogs markedly decreased the blood pressure (P<0.001). APQ given by oral administration to normal or renal hypertensive rats also markedly decreased the blood pressure (P<0.05). APQ was found to be able to slow the heart rate in dogs, improve the myocardial nutritional blood flow in mice and inhibit the sympathetic discharges in rabbits. In addition, acute toxicity tests in mice showed low toxicity. Subacute toxicity tests in rats showed that it did not significantly influence the liver and kidney functions.
