影响去痛片崩解因素的研究

STUDIES ON FACTORS AFFECTING THE DISINTEGRATION OF COMPOUND TABLET OF AMINOPYRINE AND PHENACETIN

  • 摘要: 本文对影响去痛片崩解的因素及其机理进行了研究,探讨了片剂的润湿以及崩解度与粘合剂浓度以及制软材时湿混合时间等的关系。证明硬脂酸镁对该片的润湿性和崩解度的不良影响与粘合剂的浓度以及湿混合时间有关,粘合剂的浓度低,湿混合时间短,制成的颗粒较松,压缩时易破碎,在此情况下硬脂酸镁对该片的润湿性和崩解度的影响不大,反之如颗粒较硬则硬脂酸镁的影响很显著。氨基比林与非那西丁(1:1)的混合物的熔点降低,有熔触现象可使片剂崩解变慢。

     

    Abstract: The factors affecting the disintegration of compound tablet, of aminopyrine and phenaeetin and its mechanism were investigated. The tensile trength and disintegrating time of the tablet were shown to be directly related to the logarithm of the compression force and compression force respectively. As the strength of the granules was not strong enough, it was broken down into smaller units on Compression, the contact angle and the disintegrating time of the tablet did not affect significantly by magnesium stearate (lubrecant)and if the concentration of the binder solution or the duration of mixing in granulation increased, then the effect of the lubricant on disintegrating time was increased significantly. The melting point of the mixture of aminopyrine and phenacetin (1:1) was decreased to 73℃, more "solid bridges" were formed in tabletting when melting occured and the disintegrating time was increased.
