棉酚的高效液相色谱测定

DETERMINATION OF GOSSYPOL WITH HIGH PERFORMANCE LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY

  • 摘要: 本文介绍在离子交换键合相柱上,以柠檬酸盐缓冲液—甲醇系统分离测定棉酚中一些难于用其它系统分离的微量杂质的高效液相色谱法,并用此方法测定了棉花植物及各种棉酚样品中棉酚的含量。

     

    Abstract: Gossypol is an antifertility agent for males. Recently it has been found that gossypol may also be used as an effective drug for endometriosis, myoma of uterus and menopausal functional bleeding.In order to evaluate the quality of gossypol, a rapid, specific and precise method using HPLC was developed. The system was recommended: on a YWG -SO3H column(4.0mm×25cm)using methanol—citrate buffer pH 6.3 (55: 45) as mobile phase.The cotton plant materials were analyzed as follows:The powdered sample was macerated with acetone for 16 hours, then filtered and the residue washed. The extract was evaporated to dryness under vacuum. The residue was dissolved in 1% HOAc—CHCl3 solution. A definite amount of this sample solution was chromatographed and quantified by peak area.
