胡蔓藤生物碱的化学研究——Ⅰ.生物碱的分离与胡蔓藤碱甲的结构

CHEMICAL STUDIES ON THE ALKALOIDS OF HU-MAN-TENG (GELSEMIUM ELEGANS BANTH.) Ⅰ. ISOLATION OF THE ALKALOIDS AND STRUCTURE OF HUMANTENMINE

  • 摘要: 胡蔓藤(Gelsemium elegans Banth.)根的生物碱提取物,经碱性氧化铝柱,碱性硅胶干柱层析法以及离心薄层层析法,分离得到七个生物碱,根据其理化常数,光谱分析(UV,IR,1HNMR,13CNMR,MS)及衍生物制备确定三个为已知生物碱gelsevirine,koumine,gelsemine,其余四个生物碱为新的氧化吲哚生物碱,分别命名为胡蔓藤碱甲(humantenmine),胡蔓藤碱乙(humantenine),胡蔓藤碱丙(humantenidine)和胡蔓藤碱丁(humantenirine)。并确定了胡蔓藤碱甲的结构为(Ⅰ)式。

     

    Abstract: From the roots of Hu-Man-Teng (Gelsemium elegans Banth.) seven alkaloids were isolated through basic alumina column and basic silica gel dry column chromatography as well as centrifugal thin layer chromatography. Three of them are known alkaloids, gelsevirine (Ⅲ), koumine (Ⅴ) and gelsemine (Ⅵ), the other fourare new alkaloids, named humantenmine, humantenine, humantenidine and humantenirine. Based on spectra data (UV, IR, 1HNMR, 13CNMR and MS)and prepration of derivatives, the structure of humantenmine was elucidated as (Ⅰ).
