高效毛细管电泳分离测定氨苄青霉素聚合物

SEPARATION AND DETERMINATION OF AMPICILLIN POLYMERS BY HIGH PERFORMANCE CAPILLARY ELECTROPHORESIS

  • 摘要: 用高效毛细管电泳分离氨苄青霉素聚合物,并测定了所收集的样品,实验表明,大部分样品以开环和闭环的二聚物为主,其它聚合物量较少。本方法可同时分析测定开环和闭环二种不同类型的聚合物,可以用于氨苄青霉素的质量控制。

     

    Abstract: A new method of separation and determination of ampicillin by high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE) is reported. By this method, the collected samples of ampicillin from different factories were assayed. The result of test shows that there are two chief polymers in the collected samples, i.e., an open cycle dimer and a closed cycle dimer, but the amounts of other polymers are very small. This method can be used to assay simultaneously the open cycle polymers and the closed cycle polymers in ampicillin, so it is a new method for the quality control of ampicillin.
