川续断的化学成分研究

STUDIES ON THE CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF DIPSACUS ASPER WALL.

摘要: 从川续断(Dosacus asper Wall)的根中分得六个化合物(Ⅰ～Ⅵ)。Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ和Ⅵ分别鉴定为蔗糖、胡萝卜甙、β-谷甾醇和akebia saponin D.Ⅵ和Ⅴ为新化合物,根据光谱分析和化学方法证明其结构分别为3-O-(4-O-乙酰基)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖常春藤皂甙元28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯甙和3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖齐墩果酸28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯甙。

Abstract: Six compounds Ⅰ～Ⅵ were isolated from the roots of Dipsacus asper Wall.. Compounds Ⅰ,Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅵ were identified as sucrose, daucosterol, β-sitosterol and akebia saponin D, respectively. On the basis of spectral analysis and chemical evi-dence, the structures of two new compounds were established as 3- O- (4-O- acetyl)-α-L- arabinopyranosyl-hederagenin 28-O-β-D- glucopyranosyl-(1→6 )-β- D- glucopyranoside (Ⅳ) and 3-O -α-L-arabinopyranosyl oleanolic acid 28-O-β-D- glucopyranosyl-(1→6) -β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅴ).
