酒石酸胺盐的锑衍生物

THE PREPARATION OF ANTIMONYL DERIVATIVES OF AMINE TARTRATES

  • 摘要: 酒石酸与对羧甲巯基苯胺、对羧甲基苯胺、对氦基苯甲酸、二甲基β-羟乙基胺、二乙基β-羟乙基胺、β-羟基乙胺、二(β-羟基乙)胺、三(β-羟基乙)胺、三甲胺、三乙胺、8-羟基喹啉等作用,再与新鲜沉淀的亚锑酸共沸,制成了相应的酒石酸胺盐的锑衍生物.对日本血吸虫病的实验治疗中,疗效均不及酒石酸锑钾.

     

    Abstract: Attempts were made to develop new medicinal agents against schistosomiasis as substitutes for potassium antimonyltartrate.Some antimonyltartrates have been prepared in which organic amines were used instead of the potassium ion in potassium antimonyltartrate. p-Carboxymethylmercaptoaniline,p-carboxymethylaniline,p-aminobenzoic acid,β-dimethyla- minoethanol,β-diethylaminoethanol,β-hydroxyethylamine,di-(β-hydroxyethyl)-amine,tri- (β-hydroxyethyl)-amine,trimethylamine,triethylamine and 8-hydroxyquinoline were treated with tartaric acid,and subsequently reacted with antimonous acid,giving the expected compounds:Pharmacological examination revealed that none of these compounds was superior to potassium antimonyltartrate for the treatment of Schistosomiasis japonica.
