胃泌素甾体类似物的合成及生物活性研究

SYNTHESIS OF STEROIDAL ANALOGS OF GASTRIN AND STUDY ON THEIR BIOACTIVITIES

摘要: 将有胃肠活性的笛体化合物-胆酸(CA)、脱氧胆酸(DCA)与胃泌素用活性酯的方法相连,设计并合成了六个甾体寡肽化合物,这些新化合物的结构经元素分析、质谱、红外光谱及核磁共振谱等确证。初步生物活性实验表明,六个新化合物均具泌酸活性,它们的作用时间均比五肽胃泌素长。

Abstract: Two types of compounds,steroidal and oligopeptida; compounds,all havinggastrointestinal activity,were conjugated with active ester method.Six steroid-oligopeptides weresynthesized,and their structures were confirmed by spectra and elemental analysis.Preliminary studyon theirbioactivities showed that all the title compounds had bioactivities and their duration of actionwere longer than the control sample.
