马钱子中16个生物碱类化合物13CNMR谱的数据分析

ANALYSIS OF SPECTRAL’DATA FOR 13CNM R0F SIXTEEN STRYCHN0S ALKALOIDS

  • 摘要: 从炮制前后的马钱子中,提取分离和鉴定了16个生物碱,其中异马钱子碱、异马钱子碱氮氧化物、异番木鳖碱、氮氧化物、2-羟基,3-甲氧基番木鳖碱为新生物碱。经光谱(13CNMR,1HNMR,IR,UV和MS)解析,确定其结构。通过实验发现,用13CNMR谱测定马钱子中生物碱的结构,具有简便、快速等优点,且各化合物及其衍生物的共振峰呈现一定的规律。

     

    Abstract: In the course of our studies on the drug-processing of the seeds of Strychnos nux-vomica L,sixteen alkaloids were isolated and identified from the heat treated and untreated seeds of S. nux-vomica. Isobrucine ,isobrucine-N-oxide ,isostrychnine-N- oxide and 2- hydroxy-3-methoxystrychnine were new alkaloids. The 1HNMR,13CNMR,MS ,IR and UV spectra were performed forall of the com pounds.Applicaltion of 13CNMR to structure deter mination of strychnos alkaloidsshowed high sensitivity, selectivity and time efficiency.The 13CNMR spectra of these compoundsshowed some regularities.
