CHEMICAL STUDIES ON ACTIVE PRINCIPLES OF VERATRUM STENOPHYLLUM Ⅲ.STUDIES ON THE STRUCTURE OF β1-CHACONINE AND THE PARTIAL STRUCTURES OF STENOPHYLLINE C AND STENOPHYLLINE D

  • 摘要: 自狭叶藜芦中首次分离出β1-查茄碱和两个新碱狭叶藜芦碱丙、碱丁。根据光谱数据和衍生物的制备,测定了β1-查茄碱的结构,初步推定了狭叶藜芦碱丙和碱丁的部分结构。

     

    Abstract: β1-Chaconine (Ⅴ12), stenophylline C (Ⅴ10) and stenophylline D (Ⅴ14) were isolated from Veratrum stenophyllum Diels. The structure of β1-chaconine and the partial structures of stenophylline C and stenophylline D were elucidated on the basis of chemical and spectrometric data (UV, IR, 1HNMR, 13CNMR, MS). β1-Chaconine has not been found previously in veratrum plants. Stenophylline C and stenophylline D have not been reported.
