番石榴叶中一个新的没食子酰苷类成分

One new galloyl glycoside from fresh leaves of Psidium guajava L.

    为了研究番石榴叶Psidium guajava L.的化学成分, 用各种柱色谱方法从其乙醇水提取物中分离得到5个具有没食子酰结构的酚酸类化合物, 并采用光谱、质谱及文献对照等方法鉴定其结构, 分别为1-O-(6-O-没食子酰基-β-D-葡萄糖)-1,2-丙二醇 (1)、没食子酸 (2)、鞣花酸 (3)、鞣花酸-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖 (4)、槲皮素-3-O-(6"-没食子酰基) β-D-半乳糖 (5)。化合物45为首次在该植物中分离得到, 化合物1为一新的酚酸类化合物。

     

    Abstract:

    To investigate the chemical constituents of Psidium Guajava L, the EtOH/H2O extract of the fresh leaves was subjected to various chromatography.  Five constituents with galloyl moiety were isolated and   elucidated as 1-O-(1, 2-propanediol)-6-O-galloyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), gallic acid (2), ellagic acid (3), ellagic acid-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4) and quercetin-3-O-(6"-galloyl) β-D-galactopyranoside (5) by spectroscopic methods, including 2D NMR and HR-ESI-MS spectrometry as well as by comparison with published data.  Compounds 4 and 5 were obtained from P. guajava for the first time, and compound 1 is a new polyhydroxyl compound.
