STUDY ON THE MASS SPECTROMETRY OF NATURAL PRODUCTS Ⅺ.THE MIKES OF FAST ATOM BOMBARDMENT MASS SPECTRA OF SODIUM ADDUCT IONS OF PHENYLPROPANOID GLYCOSIDES

  • 摘要: 研究了六种苯丙型苷与Na+加合离子的快原子轰击质谱(FAB—MS)和质量分离离子动能谱(MIKES)。结果表明:在FAB谱中M+Na+加合离子的丰度要比M+H+离子高得多。由此可给出糖苷的分子量信息,M+Na+离子的MIKES谱可给出糖基序列信息。

     

    Abstract: The fast atom bombardment (FAB) mass spectra and mass-selectedion kinetic energy spectra MIKES of sodium adduct ions M+Na+ of six phenyl-propanoid glycosides have been studied. An intense sodium adduct appeared in their FABmass spectra, which was more abundant than the corresponding protonated molecular ionM+H+ and may give more difinite information about molecular weight of the sample.The MIKES of these M+Na+ ions provided a convenient way for sugar sequence anal-ysis of such glycosides.
