变色马兜铃中银袋内酯甲的结构测定

THE STRUCTURE OF VERSICOLACTONE A FROM ARISTOLOCHIA VERSICOLAR S.M. HWANG

摘要: 从变色马兜铃(Aristolochia versicolar S.M.Hwang)块根中分离得一倍半萜内酯(B₃),命名为银袋内酯甲(versicolactone A).无色菱形结晶,分子式C₁₅H₂₀O₂,mp130～132℃,α_D⁶+486°(c0.1267,CHCl₃)。经UV,IR,NMR(¹H,¹³C,¹H-¹H COSY,¹H-¹³C COSY,COLOC)以及MS(高分辨和亚稳跃迁)等推定B₃具十二元环状新骨架。

Abstract: A novel sesquiterpene lactone, versicolactone A, with 12-carbon ring skeleton, was isolated from the roots of Aristolochia versicolar S. M. Hwang. Versicolactone A, C₁₅H₂₀O2, colorless prisms, mp 130～132℃, α_D⁶ +486°(c 0.1276,CHC₁₃). Its structure was established by spectroscopic methods, mainly 2D-NMR (¹H-¹H COSY, ¹H-¹³C COSY, COLOC), HRMS and metastable ion measurement.
