静脉注射青蒿酯后人体尿药排泄数据的初步分析

A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON THE URINARY EXCRETION OF ARTESUNATE AND ITS METABOLITES IN MAN AFTER A SINGLE INTRAVENOUS INJECTION

  • 摘要: 在抢救危重疟疾、特别是脑型疟疾时,青蒿酯是目前唯一能静脉注射给药以迅速控制原虫发育并获得较高疗效的药物。前文报告了应用还原型电化学检测高效液相色谱法测定人体静脉注射青蒿酯后的血药数据。本文则对尿药数据进行了初步总结并和相应的血药数据进行了比较。

     

    Abstract: The data of urinary excretion for two volunteers after a single iv injection of Artesunate have been obtained by using high performance liquid chromatography with reductive electrochemical detection. Small amounts of artesunate and its metabolite dihydroqinghaosu were found in urine. In addition, a relatively high concentration of an unknown compound which showed to have maintained the peroxide linkage in its molecule was also detected in urine. The halflifes of dihydroqinghaosu and this unknown compound in urine were very close to those in plasma, so there seems to have certain correlations between plasma data and urine data and between the unknown compound and dihydroqinghaosu.
