大叶紫玉盘化学成分研究

STUDIES ON CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF UVARIA MACROPHYLLA

  • 摘要: 目的研究番荔枝科紫玉盘属植物大叶紫玉盘(Uvaria macrophylla Roxb.)根的化学成分。方法用硅胶色谱法分离化学成分,通过波谱方法(IR,UV,EIMS,1HNMR,13CNMR,1H-1H COSY,HMQC,NOESY,HMBC)鉴定了他们的结构。结果从氯仿的脱脂部分分离得到7个化合物,其结构分别鉴定为:大叶素(1), onisyline (2), taraxerol (3), 3,5-二甲氧基苄基苯甲酸酯(4), 苯甲酸(5), β-谷甾醇(6)和胡萝卜苷(7)。结论大叶素为新化合物,其他6种成分为首次从该植物中分离得到。

     

    Abstract: AIMTo study the chemical constituents from Uvaria macrophylla Roxb. (Annonaceae). METHODSVarious chromatography techniques were used to separate and purify the constituents. Their structures were elucidated by UV, IR, MS, 1HNMR, 13CNMR, 1H-1H COSY, HMQC and HMBC spectral analysis. RESULTS Seven compounds have been isolated from the CHCl3 extract of the roots of the U.macrophylla. They were identified as macrophyllin (1), onysilin (2), taraxerol (3), 3,5-dimethoxy benzyl benzoic acid ester (4), benzoic acid (5), β-sitosterol (6) and daucosterol (7). CONCLUSIONCompound 1 is a new compound. Compounds 2~7 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
