附子毒性的研究

On the Toxicity of Fu-Tze (Aconitum chinense)

  • 摘要: 甘草或干姜与熟附片共同煎煑,可使后者的毒性大为降低,此种降低乃因熟附片中生物碱在共同煎煑过程中起了化学变化所致,熟附片毒性与其中所含生物碱的总量无关,口服的半数致死量较腹腔注射时大五倍左右,在整体动物身上(兔及豚鼠),熟附片中毒时的心电图改变与乌头碱相似,心率变慢,传导阻滞,室性期外收缩,室性心动过速,心室纤维乱缩,大量阿托品对中毒时的心电图有改善作用,但不能防止动物的死亡。

     

    Abstract: Boiling with Liquorice and old ginger together, the toxicity of Fu-Tze has been greatly reduced due to chemical changes of alkaloids it contains. The Toxicity of Fu-Tze is indenpendent of the total amount of alkaloids contained. Its LD50 in mice by oral administration is five-fold larger than those by intraperitoneal injection. In intact animal (rabbits and guinea pig) the changes of E.C.G. in Fu-Tze intoxication is similar with those in aconitine, i.e. showing of heart rate blocking of conduction, ventricular extrasystole, ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrilillation. The pattern of E.C.G. changes by intoxication can be alleviated but the mortality can't be modified by large dose of atropine.
