仙人掌(Opuntia vulgaris Mill.)中的一个新生物碱

A new alkaloid from opuntia vulgaris

  • 摘要: 目的研究仙人掌的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱法、离子交换色谱法分离仙人掌化学成分,用波谱学方法鉴定结构。结果自仙人掌中分得3个化合物,分别鉴定为仙人掌素B(I)、羟脯氨酸(II)、酪氨酸(III) 。结论I为新化合物。

     

    Abstract: AimTo study the chemical constituents of the stems of Opuntia vulgaris Mill(Cactaceae). MethodsThe compounds of Opuntia vulgaris were isolated by chromatography of Amberlite Dowex 50 and silica gel, and identified by means of UV, IR, MS, 1D and 2D NMR. ResultsThree compounds were isolated and identified as: opuntin B(I), 4-hydroxyproline(II) and tyrosine(III). ConclusionCompound I is a new alkaloid.
