中草药中蒽醌衍生物分析方法的研究 Ⅰ.中国大黄属植物成分的分离及含量测定

STUDIES ON THE ANALYSIS OF ANTHRAQUINONE DERIVATIVES OF CHINESE MEDICINAL HERBS I. SEPARATION AND DETERMINATION OF CONSTITUENTS OF CHINESE RHUBARB

  • 摘要: 本文报道了在硅胶G薄层上用四种不同展开剂分离了大黄中大黄酚,大黄素甲醚、大黄素、芦荟大黄素及大黄酸等五种蒽醌甙元,番泻甙类及土大黄甙,并研究成功了生药提取的改良方法以及用双波长薄层扫描仪测定上述五种蒽醌甙元的含量。方法快速、简便、灵敏、稳定,为评价大黄品质及进行大黄属植物的系统研究提供了有效的定性定量的方法。

     

    Abstract: Silica gel G thin layer chromatography for separation and idenfication of rhein, aloe-emodin, emodin, physcion and chrysophanol as well as sennosides and rhaponticin using 4 different solvent systems, is reported. The method for the extraction of sample has been improved successfully and the determination of the above mentioned five anthraquinone derivatives by means of Dual Wavelength TLG Scanner is described. The procedure is simple and rapid, the results are stable and reproducible. The present paper provides a qualitative and quantitative method for quality control and systematic research of Rhubarb plants.
