山楂类果实的化学成分分析及其质量评价

ANALYSIS OF THE CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF HAWTHORN FRUITS AND THEIR QUALITY EVALUATI0N

  • 摘要: 对中国山楂属(Crataegus)8种2变种植物果实中有机酸、黄酮成分应用高效液相色谱方法进行了定量分析,并对其质量进行了比较,为药材的质量评价和开发利用本属植物资源提供了科学依据。

     

    Abstract: This paper deals with a quantitative study on organic acids and flavonoids of eightspecies of Chinese Hawthorn fruits with HPLC, Four organic acids including tartaric acid , DL-malicacid, citric acid and succinic acid are determined with HPLC,flow phase : H3Po4 , pH=3, C18column)Three flavonoids(vitexin , rutin and hyperoside ) were also determined ( flow phase:H2O-iso-propyl alcohol-acetic acid = 80 : l7 : 3, C18 column).Total contents of organic acid andflavonoid were determined with photometer. The results indicate that the fruits of Crataegus pinnatifida,C. cuneata and C.pinnatifida var.major are good sources worthy for using in prevention and treatment ofeardiovascular illness, As a traditional Chinese drug,C.pinnatifda var.major is of the best quality andhas been very widely used。 The results of this study will be beneficial for the quality evaluation andresource utillzation of Chinese Hawthorn。
