药用黄芩的资源研究

A STUDY ON THE RESOURCE OF THE CHINESE DRUG HUANG-QIN

  • 摘要: 本文报道我国十四个地区七种黄芩的原植物资源及其主要有效抗菌成分黄芩甙(Baicalin)的含量比较。实践证明,黄芩属(Scutellaria)植物,根断面为黄色的种类在民间多作药用。七种黄芩原植物除大黄芩外,从植物系统位置来看,它们都属于黄芩属的顶序黄芩组(Sect.Stachymacris A.Hamit)狭叶黄芩亚组(Subsect.Angustifolia Benth.),提示本亚组为药用黄苓分布最集中的植物群。化学分析结果表明它们均含有主要有效成分。比较了十四个地区七种黄芩的黄芩甙含量,黄芩为3.60~6.20%,粘毛黄芩为3.80~4.92%,滇黄芩为3.42~4.00%,甘肃黄芩、丽江黄芩、川黄芩、大黄芩黄芩甙含量为1.70~2.50%。对七种黄芩作了黄芩素、汉黄芩素的薄层定性,结果被试样品均有相同斑点和研值。又分析了三种黄芩干,鲜根的黄芩甙含量,结果三种黄芩的鲜根均较干根为高。

     

    Abstract: Huang-qin is a famous drug commonly used in Chinese traditional medicine. A recent survey of this drug, however, revealed that there are seven species all known in market as "Huang-qin". Through the botanical identification of the specimens collected from 14 districts, the original plants of the drug showed that they all belong to the genus Scutellaria (Fam. Labiatae). From the phylogenetical point of view, besides S. tenax W. W. Sm. var. patentipilosa (Hand.-Mazz.) C. Y. Wu, the remaining species are all derived from the Sect. Stachymacris A. Hamit Subsect. Angustifolia Benth., viz. S. baicalensis Georgi, S. amoena C. H. Wright, S. viscidula Bge., S. rehderiana Diels, S. likiangensis Diels, S. hypericifolia Levl. etc.By means of TLC, the results indicated that all the 7 species mentioned above contain the following main active components: baicalin, baicalein and wogonin.Estimated by a quantitative method, the baicalin were as follow: 3.6~6.2% in S. baicalensis, 3.8~4.9% in S. viscidula, 3.4~4.0% in S. amoena, while the contents of baicalin were 1.7% in S. rehderiana, 2.5% in S. hypericifolia, 2.0% in S. likiangensis and 1.9% in S. tenax var. patentipilosa, respectively (cf. Tab. 2).Comparison of the dry and fresh roots of the three kinds of Huang-qin, the baicalin contents of the fresh roots were constantly higher than the dry ones.
