可逆性胆碱酯酶抑制剂:二甲氨基甲酸-3-烷基-4-(烷氨基)烷氧基苯酯的合成

SYNTHESIS OF 3-ALKYL-4-(ALKYLAMINO) ALKOXYPHENYL N, N-DIMETHYLCARBAMATES AS REVERSIBLE CHOLINESTERASE INHIBITORS

  • Abstract: In order to determine the effect of nuclear substituents in the para isomer of CUI XING AN (m-(2-dimethylamino) ethoxyphenyl N, N-dimethylcarbamate) on their anticholinesterase activity, a series of 3-alk-yl-4-(alkylamino) alkoxyphenyl N, N-dimethylcarbamates was prepared. Preliminary screening tests indicated that the introduction of an alkyl group increased the anticholinesterase activity but also increased toxicity.
