假木贼中化学成分的分离和结构鉴定

Isolation and structure identification of chemical constituents from Anabasis brevifolia

  • 摘要: 目的研究盐生假木贼(Anabasis salsa)的正丁醇和短叶假木贼(Anabasis brevifolia)的氯仿提取物的化学成分。方法用LP-18及硅胶等色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质、光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为2-O-β-D-葡糖基-4,6-二甲氧基苯乙酮(1),2-O-(2)-β-D-葡糖基-4,6-二甲氧基苯乙酮(2),3-甲基-丁-2-烯酸-[2-(4-甲氧基苯基)-乙基]-酰胺(3),5,6,7,2′-四甲氧基异黄酮(4),2′-羟基-5,6,7-三甲氧基异黄酮(5)。结论化合物2,3,5为新化合物,其余化合物均为首次从假木贼属(Anabasis.L)植物中分离得到。

     

    Abstract: AimTo study the chemical consitituents of the n-butanol-extracts of Anabasis salsa and the chloroform-extract of Anabasis brevifolia. MethodsVarious chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the constituents. Their physico-chemical properties and spectral data were used to elucidate their structures. ResultsFive compounds were isolated and identified as 2-O-β-D-glucopyranosyloxy-4,6-dimethoxy phenylenthanone(1), 2-O-(2)-β-D-glucopyranosyloxy-4,6-dimethoxy phenylenthanone (2), 3-methyl-but-2-enoic acid-[2-(4-methoxy phenyl)-ethyl]-amide (3), 5,6,7,2′-tetramethoxy isoflavonoid (4), 2′-hydroxy-5,6,7-trimethoxyisoflavonoid (5). ConclusionCompounds 2, 3, and 5 are new compounds. And the others were isolated from Anabasis L for the first time.
