摘要:
新型有机阳离子转运体-2 (OCTN2) 是有机阳离子转运体家族成员, 可转运肉毒碱及多种有机阳离子类药物, 具有重要的生理学和药理学研究价值。大量研究表明, 多种因素可通过不同的机制对转运体表达及功能产生一定的作用, 从而可能对机体内环境的稳定和药物的处置产生影响。本文综述了OCTN2调控研究的最新进展。
Abstract:Novel organic cation transporter-2 (OCTN2), a member of the organic cation transporter family, may transport carnitine and multiple organic cationic drugs. Thus OCTN2 possesses substantial roles in physiology and pharmacology. A number of researches have proven that many factors can regulate the expression and/or function of OCTN2 via different pathways, and then may affect the homeostasis and disposition of drugs. This paper reviews recent progresses in this field.
