香叶天竺葵挥发油的化学成分及抗瘤作用

STUDIES ON THE CHEMICAL COMPONENTS AND ANTITUMOUR ACTION OF THE VOLATILE OILS FROM PELARGONIUM GRA VEOLEUS

  • 摘要: 用高分离效能的交联石英毛细管柱气相色谱法和气相色谱/质量选择检测器分离和鉴定了三种香叶油,并作了对比。结果表明这些香叶油的化学成分极为相似,但某些成分的含量却有明显差别。香茅醇、香叶醇、甲酸香茅酯和乙酸香茅酯均有一定的抗瘤活性。

     

    Abstract: Three geranium oils were separated, identified and compared by high resolution cross-linked fused silica capillary GC and GC-MSD. It was found that their chemical constituents are very similar, but the contents of some components (linalool, citronellol, cis-caryophyllene and guaiene) differ appreciably.Pharmacological experiments showed that citronellol, citrenellyl formate, geraniol and citronellyl acetate exhibited marginal antitumour activities. The activity of the latter two components has not been reported in the literature.
