中药赤芍化学成分的研究

STUDIES ON THE CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF THE CHINESE MEDICAL DRUG, ROOT OF PAEONIA LACTIFLORA PALL

摘要: 由中药赤芍(Paconia lactiflora Pall.)乙醇抽提物中分离得六种单纯成分。其中四种经鉴定证明为蔗糖、苯甲酸、β-谷甾醇和棕榈酸;另二种暂命名为赤芍甲素(C₁₇H₂₄O₃,沸点80℃/5毫米)和赤芍乙素(熔点256℃),并对其化学反应和红外光谱进行了研究。

Abstract: Six crystalline substances have been isolated from the alcohol extract of the Chinese drug, root of Paeonia Lactiflora Pall. Four of them were identified as sucrose, benzoic acid, β-sitosterol and Palmitic acid. The other two are new compounds; they are named Paeonalin A, an phenolic aldehyde, C₁₇H₂₄O₃, bp. 80℃/5 mm and the other Paeonalin B, a volatile crystalline substance, rap. 256℃.
