TUMOUR CHEMOTHERAPY——ⅩⅩⅩⅩⅢ SYNTHESES OF SOME NITRO-TRYPTOPHANS AND THEIR RELATIVE COMPOUNDS

  • 摘要: 作者根据色氨酸和植物生长控制剂对肿瘤组织有一定的关系,设计并合成了色氨酸、吲哚乙酸、色胺以及克胺有关化合物Ⅲa-c、Ⅳa-b、Ⅴa-i以及Ⅵa-b。药理筛选结罘表明:7-硝基色氨酸的氨基上引入2,4-二氯苯氧乙酰基的Ⅲa对S-180的抑制率为40~57%。5(或7)-硝基克胺对Hela细胞有明显的抑制作用。

     

    Abstract: It was reported that derivatives of nitro-trypophan possessed inhibitory activity on Hella celis cultured on tissue culture and some plant growth regulators were active against Sarcoma-180 in mice. In the present inyestigation, some derivatives of nitrotryptophans Ⅲa-c, nitro-indole acetic acids Ⅳa-h and nitro-tryptamines Ⅴa-i and Ⅵa-b, related to plant growth regulators were prepared.Compound Ⅲ a showed inhibiting action against Sarcoma-180 in mice and compound Ⅵa and Ⅵb exhibited marked Hela cell tissue culture inhibitory activity.
