红景天属植物中红景天甙的高效液相色谱分析

HPLC DETERMINATION OF SALIDROSIDE IN THE ROOTS OF RHODIOLA GENUS PLANTS

  • 摘要: 采用ODS柱,以甲醇—水(2:8)为流动相,在276nm检测波长下,测定了大花红景天、互生红景天、喜马红景天、云南红景天和四裂红景天5种生药以及大花红景天提取物10个样品中的红景天甙的含量。

     

    Abstract: This paper reports a high performance liquid chromatographic (PHLC) method forthe determination of salidroside in 10 samples of the plants of Rhodiola crenulata, R. alterna, R. breripetiolata, R. yunnanensis and R. quadrifida as well as extracts of R. crenulata. Determination was carried outunder the following conditions: column (μBondapak ODS, 10 μm, 3. 9 mmx300 mm), mobile phase(methanoi--water, 2:8), flow rate (1.0 ml/min), detector (Waters 484, wavelength 276 nm).External stadard method was used. The results show that HPLC is a useful tool for the quantitativeanalysis of salidroside in the plants of Rhodiola genus and the extracts of R. crenulata.
