锉海绵属海绵次级代谢产物及其生物活性研究进展

Review on the secondary metabolites from Xestospongia sponges and their bioactivities

  • 摘要: 锉海绵属 (Xestospongia) 海绵分布十分广泛,富含结构新颖、生物活性显著的次级代谢产物,已成为国际上海洋天然产物的研究热点之一。该属海绵中的次级代谢产物主要涉及生物碱、醌类、萜类、甾体、脂类、聚酮等结构类型,其中很多化合物具有抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗病毒等生物活性。本文全面考察了锉海绵属海绵中次级代谢产物和生物活性的研究进展,重点叙述近5年的研究成果,以期为海洋天然产物的研究与开发提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The genus Xestospongia is one of the most widespread genera of sponges, containing abundant secondary metatolites with novel structures and potent bioactivities. The main structure types of secondary metatolites found in this genus are alkaloids, quinines, terpens, steroids, lipids, polyketones, etc. These metatolites exhibit a variety of bioactivities, such as cytotoxic, antibacterial and antiviral activities. This paper reviews the progress in the chemistry and pharmacological activities of the second metabolities from sponges of Xestospongia, especially for recent five years, with the aim for further research.
