长效镇痛药14-羟基可待因酮和14-羟基吗啡酮腙类衍生物的合成

SYNTHESIS OF LONG-ACTING ANALGETIC HYDRAZONE DERIVATIVES OF 14-HYDROXYCODEINONE AND 14-HYDROXYMORPHINONE

  • Abstract: Five hydrazone derivatives of 14-hydroxycodeinone and 14-hydroxymorphinone were synthesized and evaluated in vivo as potential analgetic agents. Among them, 14-hydroxymorphinone hydrazone (Ⅲ-d) was selected for further study. It was nearly as potent as morphine with 4 fold duration of action.
