毛线柱苣苔化学成分的研究

STUDIES ON THE CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF RHYNCHOTECHUM VESTITUM HOOK. F. ET THOMS

  • 摘要: 从毛线柱苣苔(Rhynchotechum vestitum Hook.f.et Thoms.)根和茎中分得五种脂溶性成分,晶Ⅰ为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ),晶Ⅱ为羽扇豆醇(lupeol,Ⅱ),其余三种为蒽醌化合物,晶Ⅲ和晶Ⅳ分别鉴定为甲基异茜草素-1-甲醚(rubiadin-1-methylether,Ⅲ)和甲基异茜草素°(rbuiadin,Ⅳ),晶V为一新化合物,经光谱分析初步推定其结构为1,6-二羟基-2-甲基-7,8-二甲氧基-9,10-蒽醌,命名为毛线柱苣苔蒽醌(rhynchotechol,Ⅴ)。

     

    Abstract: Rhynchotechum vestitum Hook. F. et Thoms. mainly distributed in the southern part of Yunnan Province of China, has been used as a folk remedy for the treatment of hepatitis No information has been found in the literature about its chemical investigation. In this paper, five compounds isolated from the ethanol extract of the stem and root of the plant are reported. Four of them were identified as β-sitosterol (Ⅰ), lupeol (Ⅱ), rubiadin 1-methylether (Ⅲ) and rubiadin (Ⅳ). The fifth an orange needle crystal (C17 H14O6, mp 236.5~238℃) is a new anthraquinone compound named rhynchotechol. Its structure has been proved to be 1, 6-dihydroxy-7,8-dimethoxy-2-methyl-9, 10-anthraquinone by spectrai analyses and chemical methods.The signals of all carbons in 13CNM R of rhynchotechol have been assigned.
