两个新的双去甲二萜生物碱高乌宁碱丁和高乌宁碱戊的结构研究

TWO NEW BISNORDITERPENOID ALKALOIDS SINOMONTANINES D AND E FROM ACONITUM SINOMONTANUM

  • 摘要: 目的:研究高乌头Aconitum sinomontanum Nakai根的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱及离心薄层色谱分离化学成分,IR, 1HNMR, 13CNMR, 1H-1H COSY, HMBC, HMQC, MS等方法进行结构鉴定。结果:得到两个双去甲二萜生物碱高乌宁碱丁(sinomontanine D, 1)和高乌宁碱戊(sinomontanine E, 2)。结论:化合物1,2为新的双去甲二萜生物碱。

     

    Abstract: AIM: To study the alkaloids from the roots of Aconitum sinomontanum of Ranunculaceae. METHODS: The alkaloids were isolated using silica gel chromatography (column and chromatodron), and the structures were elucidated on the basis of IR, MS, 1HNMR, 13CNMR, 1H-1H COSY, HMQC and HMBC analysis. RESULTS: Twenty seven compounds have been isolated from the total alkaloids, two of which are sinomontanines D (1) and E (2). CONCLUSION: Sinomontanines D (1) and E (2) are new bisnorditerpenoid alkaloids.
