Abstract:
AIM: To study the alkaloids from the roots of
Aconitum sinomontanum of Ranunculaceae. METHODS: The alkaloids were isolated using silica gel chromatography (column and chromatodron), and the structures were elucidated on the basis of IR, MS,
1HNMR,
13CNMR,
1H-
1H COSY, HMQC and HMBC analysis. RESULTS: Twenty seven compounds have been isolated from the total alkaloids, two of which are sinomontanines D (1) and E (2). CONCLUSION: Sinomontanines D (1) and E (2) are new bisnorditerpenoid alkaloids.
