抗结核活性物质——5-甲氧基-3-苯基偶氮吲跥化合物的合成

SYNTHESES OF POTENTIAL ANTITUBERCULOUS COMPOUNDS——5-METHOXY-3-ARYLAZOINDOLES

  • Abstract: In order to search for better chemotherapeutic agents against tuberculosis, several new derivatives of 5-methoxy-3-arylazoindole were synthesized by coupling 5-methoxyindole with aryldiazoninm chloride. All these compounds were shown to have antituberculous activity in vitro, especially compounds Ⅱa~c which showed better activity.
