STUDIES ON ANTIMALARIALS Ⅶ. SYNTHESIS OF α- (ALKYLAMINOMETHYL)-2-PHENYL-4-QUINAZOLINE-METHANOLS

  • Abstract: Fourteen α-(alkylaminomethyl)-2-phenyl-4-quinazoline-methamols(Ⅰ) had been synthesized and screened. In preliminary screening, compounds Ie and Im were found to be active against plasmodium berghei in mice at 100 mg/kg/day × 3.
