苯并吡喃类化合物的合成及生物活性研究

Synthesis and biological activity of a series of benzopyran derivatives

  • 摘要: 合成了13个苯并吡喃类化合物,用3T3-L1前脂肪细胞对这些化合物进行了促脂肪细胞分化活性筛选,并用db糖尿病小鼠模型对化合物8进行了降糖活性研究。结果表明,化合物3、8和11在3T3-L1脂肪细胞模型上表现出较强的促脂肪细胞分化活性,化合物8能显著降低db糖尿病小鼠的血糖水平。

     

    Abstract: Thirteen benzopyran derivatives were synthesized and their activity stimulating the differentiation of preadipocytes into adipocytes were evaluated with 3T3-L1 cells. Compound 8 was also tested for its hypoglycemic activity on db diabetes mice model. Results indicated that compounds 3, 8 and 11 exhibited strong differentiation-stimulating activity on 3T3-L1 cells model, and compound 8 can reduce the blood-sugar level of db diabetes mice dramatically.
