多相脂质体(139)液晶态的物理特性观察

OBSERVATION OF LIQUID CRYSTAL JPROPERTIES OF “POLYPHASE LIPOSOME 139”

  • Abstract: An intravenously administrable liposome "Polyphase Liposome" prepared from soybean lecithin, cholesterol, PVP and a vegetable constituent Showed profitable clinical value in the treatment of stomach cancer.A sample of the preparation was freeze-dried. In order to determine the physical properties of the preparation, the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) over heating range —20~170℃ was carried out, using a Perkin Elmer DSC-2 instrument. It was shown that an endothermic event appeared at 108℃ without any weight loss.%Polarizing microscope, examination showed that in the preparation there exists birefringence phenomenon below the phase transition temperature.The results showed that the freeze-dried "Polyphase Liposome" below 108℃ is anisotrophy.
