A STUDY ON DIFFERENCE FACTOR IN COMPUTERIZED INFRARED DIFFERENCE SPECTROSCOPY

  • 摘要: 本文对二元混合物的差示光谱的实验条件进行了较详细的讨论,指出下述因素影响差示结果:1.公共谱带的选择以及公共谱带的合适游标定位方法;2.仪器参数:狭缝宽度、扫描速度、时间常数、特别是波数精度。最后,举实例说明在五味子酯顺反异构体及青蒿素衍生物差向异构体中,应用差示技术得到较满意的各个组分的光谱。

     

    Abstract: Experimental conditions for carrying out difference spectroscopy in a two component mixture have been studied. Factors influencing results of the measurements are also discussed, such as: (1) the selection of the common band and the optimum adoption of its cursor indication, (2) the operating parameters, i. e., slit width, scan speed, and time constant, in particular, the wavenumber accuracy. Improved results so far obtained are examplified by measurement of the spectra of individual components of geometrical isomers of schisantherin as well as epimers of Qinghaosu derivatives.
