  • 摘要: 本文报道了用反相层析法测定分配系数(P)的方法,并测定了具有辐射防护作用的肉桂酸及有关化合物的分配系数。实验测得的log P值同Hansch π加和法所得到的计算值相符,偏差低于10%。高压液相层析法测定分配系数具有快速、重现性好和操作简便等优点。

     

    Abstract: A high-pressure liquid chromatography (HPLG) technique for determination of partition coefficient (P) was investigated. Favourable result was obtained using a permaphase ODS column with reversed-phase systems methanol-water and acetic acidwater. Log P correlates linearly with log k' for a number of standards. The partition coefficient of a series of radioprotective cinnamic acids and related compounds have also been determined. The method is rapid, reproducible and simple. The experimental data of these compounds coincide with the value calculated by the Hansch method with a deviation less than 10%.
