当归化学成分的研究

CHEMICAL STUDIES OF ANGELICA SINENSIS

  • 摘要: 从当归Angelica sinensis (oliv.)Diels水溶性部分,用柱层析法分离出五种成分,并通过化学和光谱等数据的鉴定,证明是阿魏酸、丁二酸、菸酸、尿嘧啶和腺嘌呤。从当归石油醚溶部分,用制备气层分离鉴定了二种成分。即正丁烯基酰内酯及藁本内酯。从中国当归中分离出阿魏酸、丁二酸、菸酸、尿嘧啶、腺嘌呤、藁本内酯等成分过去文献中未见有报道。

     

    Abstract: From the water soluble fraction of Angelica sinensis (oliv.) Diels (dang~gui), five constituents were isolated by chromatography and identified as ferulic acid, succinic acid, nicotinic acid, uracil and adenine. From the petroleum ether extract of Dang-gui, two compounds were isolated by preparative gas chromatography and identified as butylidenephthalide and ligustilide.All these constituents were found to be present in the injection solutions prepared from dang-gui.Feluric acid, succinic acid, nicotinic acid, uracil, ligustilide and adenine were isolated from Angelica sinensis for the first time.
