氯氮平的伏安行为及示波极谱法研究
STUDY ON VOLTAMMETRIC BEHAVIOUR OF CLOZAPINE AND ITS SINGLE-SWEEP OSCILLOPOLAROGRAPHY

摘要: 为进一步研究氯氮平电化学行为及其电极反应机理,用单扫示波极谱法测定片剂和尿样中氯氮平的含量。结果表明,在0.1mol·L-1H2SO4溶液中,氯氮平出现一灵敏的示波极谱导数还原峰,峰电位为-0.95V(vs.SCE),峰电流与氯氮平浓度在50×10-8~5.0×10-6mol·L-1范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9999,检出限为2.0×10-8mol·L-1。用于氯氮平片剂和尿样的测定,得到令人满意的结果。用线性扫描和循环伏安法、脉冲极谱法等手段研究了体系的电化学行为及其电极反应机理,证明该还原波为电子转移数为2的不可逆吸附波,并测定了有关的常数和参数。Abstract: A sensitive reduction peak of clozapine is obtained by singlesweep oscillopolarography in 0.1 mol·L-1 H2SO4 solution. The peak potential is -0.95 V (vs.SCE). The peak current is directly proportional to the concentration of clozapine with a detection limit of 2.0×10-8 mol·L-1. The voltammetric behaviour of clozapine and its mechanism of electrode reaction have been studied by linearsweep and cyclic voltammetry and pulse polarography etc. The reduction process is irreversible with adsorptive characteristics. The number of electrons transferred n is 2. The electron transfer coefficient α is 0.62. Its behaviour obeys Langmuir adsorption isotherm. The adsorption coefficient β is 1.91×106 L·mol-1. The energy of adsorption ΔG0=-35.83 kJ·mol-1. The method has been applied to the determination of clozepine in tablet and urine.
