木蝴蝶化学成分的研究 Ⅰ.二种新黄酮甙木蝴蝶甲素和木蝴蝶乙素

CHEMICAL STUDIES ON OROXYLEUM INDICUM (L.)VENT.——Ⅰ.TWO NEW FLAVONE GLUCOSIDES OROXIN A AND OROXIN B

  • 摘要: 从国产木蝴蝶种子的醋酸鉛沉淀部分分离得五种結晶。鉴定为苯甲酸、柯因(Ⅰ)及二种新黄酮甙木蝴蝶甲素和木蝴蝶乙素,作者証明甲素为黃芩甙元-7-葡萄糖甙(Ⅱ),乙素为黄芩甙元-7-双葡萄糖甙(Ⅲ),第五种結晶尚未鉴定。

     

    Abstract: The Chinese folk medicine, Mu-Hu-Die, being the seeds of Oroxyleum indicum (L.) Vent. (Bignoniaceae) has long been used as antiinflammatory and analgesic agent. From its ethanol extract five crystalline substances have been isolated. Among them two were identified to be benzoic acid and chrysin. The other two compounds are apparently new flavone glucosides and are named Oroxin A and Oroxin B. They have further been identified as baicalein-7-glucoside (Ⅱ) and baicalein-7-diglucoside (Ⅲ) respectively. The chemical studies on the fifth compound are in progress.
