肿瘤化学治疗的研究 ⅩⅨ.N,N-双(2-氯乙基)腙化合物的合成

STUDIES ON CANCER CHEMOTHERAPY ⅩⅨ. SYNTHESIS OF N,N-BIS (β-CHLOROETHYL) HYDRAZONE DERIVATIVES

  • 摘要: 合成了睾丸素、甲基睾丸素和其他一系列羰基化合物的N,N-双(2-氯乙基)腙化合物(Ⅱ)、(Ⅲ)、(Ⅳ)和(Ⅴ1-10),以进行抗肿瘤试验。它们的制备,系由N,N-双(2-氯乙基)肼盐酸盐(Ⅰ)与相应的羰基化合物,在碱存在或不存在的醇溶液中反应而得。此外又自17-氢基Δ5孕-3醇,与对双(2-氯乙基)氨基苯甲醛缩合,制得了另一甾体氮芥化合物——17-对双(2-氯乙基)氨基苯亚甲基氨基-Δ5-孕-3醇(Ⅵ)。

     

    Abstract: A series of N,N-bis (β-chloroethyl) hydrazones of testosterone, 17-methyl testosterone and other carbonyl compounds were synthesized for the investigation of their antitumour effect. The hydrazones were prepared by the condensation of N,N-bis (β-chloroethyl) hydrazine hydrochloride (Ⅰ) and appropriate carbonyl compound in ethanol with or without the addition of alkali. 17-p-Bis-(β-chloroethyl)aminobenzylidene-amino-△5-androstanol-3(Ⅵ) was also prepared from 17-amino-△5-androstenol-3 and p-bis (β-chloroethyl) amino benzaldehyde.
