糙叶败酱碱的分离与结构鉴定

A NEW ALKALOID FROM Patrinia scabra BUNGE

  • 摘要: 目的研究糙叶败酱(Patrinia scabra Bunge)根中的化学成分。方法用硅胶柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从其脂溶性部位分离得到了4个化合物,分别鉴定为十六烷酸-α-单甘油酯(I)、齐墩果酸(II)、槲皮素(III)、N-苯甲酰基苯丙氨酸-2-乙酰胺基苯丙醇酯(IV)。结论所得化合物均为首次从该植物中分得,IV为一个新的生物碱,命名为糙叶败酱碱(patriscabratine)。

     

    Abstract: AIMTo study the chemical constituents of the roots of Patrinia scabra Bunge. METHODS Various chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the constituents. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical evidences and spectral analysis. RESULTSFour compounds were isolated from the roots of P.scabra. They were identified as hexadecylic acid-α-monoglyceride (I), oleanolic acid (II), quercetin (III), N-benzoyl-phenylalanine-2-acetylamino-phenylpropanol easter (IV). CONCLUSIONAll compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Among them, IV is a new alkaloid and named patriscabratine.
