徐长卿中阿拉伯半乳聚糖CPB64的化学结构

CHEMICAL STRUCTURE OF CPB64, AN ARABINOGALACTAN FROM CYNANCHUM PANICULATUM (BUNGE) KITAGAWA

  • 摘要: 目的:研究从常用中药徐长卿Cynanchum paniculatum(Bunge)中获得的一种多糖CPB64 的结构。方法:采用HPLC、甲基化分析、部分及全水解和13CNMR 等方法测定了CPB64 的糖组成、连接方式、主链、侧链及分枝点。结果:该多糖分子量为53 万,由阿拉伯糖和半乳糖以4∶5 比例组成。阿拉伯糖含有端基和1,5 两种连接方式,半乳糖含有端基,1 ,3 ;1,3,6 和1 ,6 等4 种连接方式。主链为半乳聚糖,侧链为端基阿拉伯糖,端基半乳糖和阿拉伯寡糖,分枝位于半乳糖残基的O3 上。结论:CPB64 为一种新的阿拉伯半乳聚糖,有一定的促脾细胞增殖作用。

     

    Abstract: AIM: To investigate the chemical structures of CPB64, a polysaccharide purified from Cynanchum paniculatum (Bunge) kitagawa. METHODS: HPLC, methylation analysis, partial and complete hydrolysis and 13 CNMR were used to determine sugar composition, linkage models, main chain, side chain and branch point of CPB64. RESULTS: Its molecular weight was estimated to be 530 000 and composed of arabinose and galactose in the molar ratios of 4∶5. Arabinose contained terminal and 1,5 linked residues, galactose contained terminal,1,3; 1,3,6 and 1,6 linked residues. Its main chain composed of 1,6 linked galactosyl residues and a few 1,3 linked galactosyl residues, arabinosyl residues and galactosyl residues as side chains attached to the O 3 of 1,6 linked galactosyl residues. CONCLUSION: CPB64 is a new arabinogalactan with stronger effect on proliferation of spleen cell.
