Abstract:
A new HPLC method using dibenzyl as internal standard for the determination of tanshiones in medical plants of Genus
Salvia was edveloped. Experimental results indicate that the system of YWG-C
18H
37 column(250mm×4.0mm ID)and methanol-water(77:23)as mobile phase can separate and determine the seven tanshinones ,namely tanshinone Ⅱ-B, przewaquinone A, under the wavelength 254nm. This method is simple,sensitive and accurate.The contents of seven tanshinones in sevaral medicinal plants of Genus
Salvia were determined.
