高三尖杉酯碱多相脂质体注射液物理性质的研究

STUDIES ON THE PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF THE INJECTION OF POLYPHASE LIPOSOME OF HOMOHARRINGTONINE

  • 摘要: 研究了高三尖杉酯碱多相脂质体(代号139-5号) 注射液的重要物理性质:相转化温度、流变学性质及pH值对其荷电性的影响。测得139-5号注射液相转化温度为76.5℃。此注射液常温下为塑流型流体,随着温度升高,溶液趋于牛顿型流体。电泳测定表明,体系的粒子淌度在一定范围内随介质pH值升高而增大。

     

    Abstract: The important physical properties of the injection of polyphase liposome of homoharringtonine (HH), named 139 number 5, the phase transition temperature, the rheopogical properties and influence of pH on the electrical charges were studied. The injection appeared to be Bingham type fluid at room temperature and tended to become Newton type fluid with increase of temperature. The result measured by electrophoresis showed that the particle mobility of the system increase with the pH of the medium to a certain extent.
