CHEMICAL STUDIES ON ACTIVE PRINCIPLES OF VERATRUM STENOPHYLLUM Ⅱ. STUDIES ON THE STRUCTURE OF A NEW BLOOD PRESSURE LOWERING AGENT——STENOPHYLLINE A

  • 摘要: 自狭叶藜芦中分离出一种新碱狭叶藜芦碱甲,根据光谱数据和衍生物的制备确定其结构。药理实验表明,该化合物有较强且持久的降压和减慢心律的生理活性。

     

    Abstract: Stenophylline A (V3), a new compound, was isolated from Veratrum stenophyllum Diels. Its structure was elucidated on the basis of chemical and spectrometric data (UV, IR, NMR, MS). Stenophylline A was shown to have significant activity in lowering blood pressure and heart rate on anesthetic cats and dogs.
