动态规划法在去痛片及克感敏片定量分析中的应用研究

APPLICATION OF DYNAMIC PROGRAMMING FOR QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF QUTONG TABLET AND KEGANMIN TABLET

  • 摘要: 本文叙述了在多组分复方制剂定量中,用面积拟合法建立含有n个未知数的方程组,先根据动态规划原理化为两变量动态规划问题,继而用极小—极大准则求出最佳各组分含量的比例系数值,从而求出各单一组分在复方制剂中的含量。在整个测定中,利用微机进行数据处理。对克感敏、去痛片中各组分测定结果表明:平均回收率均在100.0±1.0%之间,CV<2.0%。

     

    Abstract: A new method——dynamic programming method was applied to the spectrometric analysis of multicomponent preparations. First of all, using area fitting method, the equations including N components could be set up. According to the principle of dynamic programming, the equations might be changed into a problem of two variation dynamic programming. Using minimax criterion, the optimal proportional coefficient of each component could be found one by one; at the same time, the concentration of each component in the mixture could be determined. A microcomputer was used to manage experimental data. Qutong tablets and Keganmin tablets were analysed. The average recoveries for each component were within 100.0±1.0% and CV<2.0%.
