Abstract:
AIM: The experiment was carried out in rats to study the real active component in serum after oral administration of G-Rb
1 500 mg·kg
-1. METHODS: The metabolites in serum and urine samples were detected using electron spurt ion mass spectroscopy(ESI-MS). RESULTS: Metabolites with molecular weight 1108, 946 and 784 (amu) were shown to be corresponding to Rb
1, Rd and F
2, respectively. CONCLUSION: Rb
1 and its metabolites Rd and F
2 were absorbed into serum after oral administration of Rb
1.
