SYNTHESIS OF 5-(1, 3, 3-TRIMETHYL-6-SUBSTITUTED) INDOLINYL N, N-DIMETHYLCARBAMATES AS REVERSIBLE CHOLINESTERASE INHIBITORS

  • Abstract: A series of 5-(1,3,3-trimethyl-6-substituted) indolinyl N, N-dimethylcarbamates, aromatic ring substituted derivatives of CUI XING NING, was prepared for evaluation of their pharmacological activity. Compounds I8 and I11~I14 were found to have the same order of anticholinesterase activity as CUI XING NING.
